Business Bay: what makes it different to furnish

  • A district, not a single-developer community.Business Bay was master-developed by Dubai Properties, part of Dubai Holding. Located along the Dubai Water Canal, it combines corporate towers, residential buildings, commercial spaces and hotels (Dubai Holding). Residential towers come from many different developers, so rules for deliveries and works can vary from one building to the next.
  • Managed by Dubai Holding Community Management.The Business Bay district — and Business Bay Executive Towers — are among the communities managed by Dubai Holding Community Management (dp.ae). Move-in and access procedures for Dubai Properties communities are summarised in our guide: tower access and move-in permits. Individual towers may also have their own building management. We deal with both for you — included in the price.
  • Mixed-use towers.In a mixed-use district, delivery bays, service lifts and time slots are shared with offices and hotels. Planning deliveries with the building matters.

What we do — and what we don't

Searches for "interior design Business Bay" return architecture and fit-out firms. To be clear about our scope:

We do: bespoke furniture, full décor (plants, LED, artwork), wall panelling (wood, marble effect, LED — mainly the TV wall), household linen, building access permits and, for holiday homes, the DTCM holiday home permit.

We don't (yet): renovation or fit-out — flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, partitions. A renovation offer is planned for later.

If your unit is newly handed over and you want it furnished and styled for rent, we're the right fit.
