Why we manufacture in-house instead of reselling
We don't resell standard furniture. Every piece comes from our own factory. Three reasons:

Bespoke furniture is made to order for a specific space and client.
Dimensions, configuration and finish are decided for your room rather than chosen from a fixed catalogue range. "Made to measure" and "custom" are used for the same idea. In our case, the style is our Signature line; the dimensions and configuration are yours.

When off-the-shelf is enough
If your apartment has a standard layout, you're furnishing for yourself and you're happy to shop, assemble and coordinate deliveries, off-the-shelf can work well. The case for custom is strongest for rentals, compact units, and owners who aren't in Dubai.
Is custom furniture in Dubai expensive?

The sofa is the most photographed piece of a rental and the most used. We make ours to fit the room and, where capacity matters, as sofa beds. Fabrics are chosen for durability.

Can I see the factory?
No, factory visits aren't possible. You receive regular photos and videos on WhatsApp throughout the project.
How long does manufacturing take?
Manufacturing is part of our overall timeline: 3 weeks to 1 month from order to a rental-ready apartment.
Do you make furniture for villas or offices?
Our offer is designed for residential apartments: packages cover units up to 2BR / 120 m², larger units are quoted.
